PGA of Canada Member Programs

HELPING MEMBERS LIVE A BETTER LIFE, EARN A BETTER LIVING.

Core Benefits:

Life & Accidental Death: The plan is designed to guarantee every member of the PGA of Canada a basic amount of life insurance.  The plan does not eliminate the need for a comprehensive life insurance portfolio.

Long Term Disability: The PGA of Canada Group LTD product is a “Core Benefit”.  The PGA of Canada plan is designed to “stack on” to any existing coverage that a member or apprentice may have in place.  It is not intended to replace other coverage.
All members and apprentices under the age of 65 (except “Honourary Directors”, “Life” & “Retired”) are automatically covered by the plan.

Liability Insurance: All members and apprentices (except for non-resident members and apprentices) regardless of age or category are covered according to the terms and limitations of the By-Laws and the master policies.

Optional Benefits:

ProPac: Comprehensive Pro Shop Property Insurance
The policy covers your pro shop stock, equipment, motorized carts and related property and crime insurance needs on an All Risks basis.  Coverage is not automatically provided by the PGA of Canada.

GolfPac: Independent Liability Insurance for PGA of Canada Members involved in activities outside the traditional scope of coverage under such insurance policies as the PGA of Canada’s Master Liability Program

Health and Dental: The plan has been designed similar to an Employee Benefits Plan, however it is available to eligible members and apprentices on a “Voluntary Basis.”
The plan includes: Life Insurance, Accidental Death and Dismemberment Insurance, Extended Health Care, and Basic Dental Care benefits.

Home and Auto: The Product was designed to provide broad coverages that recognize the unique nature of the golf professional and his or her activities, including occasional extended trips to the U.S. by car. It offers competitive premiums, broad coverages, and if you wish, automatically monthly payment by withdrawal directly from your bank account.
