terms and the limitations of the By-Laws and the master policies. |

policy covers your pro shop stock, equipment, motorized carts and
related property and crime insurance needs on an All Risks Basis.
Coverage is not automatically provided by the CPGA. |

to an Employee Benefits Plan, however, it is available to eligible
members and apprentices on a "Voluntary Basis". |  |
