PGA of Canada Group Automobile & Residential
Now available across Canada
The PGA of Canada’s Group Automobile and Residential Insurance Program is an “Optional Benefit.” Coverage is not automatically provided by the Association and you must apply to join the plan personally. Members, apprentices and their spouses (including dependants) can take advantage of this program.
The Program was designed to provide broad coverages that recognize the unique nature of the golf professional and his or her activities, including occasional extended trips to the U.S. by car.
Group Auto and Home
“Who can join the plan?” All PGA of Canada members and apprentices, spouses and dependent children.
“Why should I join the PGA of Canada plan?” It offers competitive premiums, broad coverages and, if you wish, automatic monthly payment by withdrawal directly from your bank account.
“Is there a service charge if I want to pay monthly?”
No.
“What are some of the other advantages of the program?” The program allows for flexible underwriting that recognizes the unique nature of the golf profession.
The professional’s own clubs can be covered on a world-wide basis for a very small premium. Most residential policies of other insurers exclude “business” property of a professional.
